The monthly costs listed here are average rates of living at
Chase Point and are based on the size and location of the apartment
and the amount of care a resident needs. We use incontinence
(the inability to
control urination or bowel movements) as our main basis for
determining the level of care.
LEVEL I -The resident at
Level I has no, or very limited, signs of incontinence that
need to be managed by staff. "Limited" is defined
as no more than 3 times per week.

LEVEL II - The resident
at Level II demonstrates a history of incontinence that needs
to be managed by staff at least 3 times per week. If a resident
manages his or her incontinence (by applying their own pads
or taking care of their own personal hygiene), their level of
care will remain Level 1.
